CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

As all items are made-to-order, all sales are final. No return or refund can be applied.

I accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit. Proof will be requested. In case of damage of your package resulting in damage to your order, please inspect your order upon reception.
Contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right if necessary.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

This shop is a one-person shop and all orders are packed and sent within the free time I get aside from my real-life going on. I understand that you wish to receive the order that you pay for as soon as possible, yet I’m asking for a little patience and understanding on your part.

I’ll always make sure to ship orders once every week. You’ll be updated as soon as I send your order, or, if there’s a little delay.

Depending on the destination, you’ll receive it within 5 to 10 business days after I posted it.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

I ship out all orders from Paris, FRANCE.

Please, note that since it’s not my main activity, the delay between your placing of order and the sending might be uneven. I’m preparing every order by hand, posting everything to the local post office, and trying to be efficient doing so, yet it can add to the delay.
